Conference Registration Fees:

Before October 31, 2010 — $1,175
Before January 15, 2011 — $1,375
After January 15, 2011 — $1,575


The registration fee is waived for state representatives.

Early registration fees* will be applied if you register and we receive payment by the specified dates. (Registration fee is waived for state Medicaid representatives) *Payment should be accompanied by the registration on the above specified dates in order to receive the lower registration fee.
